Editor responsible for content. Adair Wentmore, editor. Adair spent twenty six years in financial audit at KPMG and Deloitte before founding the register in retirement. Contact [email protected].

Editorial nature. The Accountability Register AU is an independent research publication. We compile and publish structured accountability data on offshore online casino operators visible to Australian PayID players. We do not operate any gambling product; we do not accept deposits; we do not offer any gambling service. Where our register references offshore operators, it does so in an editorial and research capacity for the benefit of Australian readers.

IGA 2001 disclaimer. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits the provision of specified interactive gambling services to Australian residents by operators not licensed under Australian law. The Accountability Register AU is a research publication and does not itself provide any interactive gambling service. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation or solicitation to gamble with any operator. Our editorial coverage of offshore operators is provided for informational purposes only and does not endorse any breach of the IGA 2001 or any other applicable law.

Editorial board. A three person independent editorial board reviews methodology changes and hears complaints about published entries. The board is empowered to compel corrections and to publish minority opinions where it disagrees with an editorial call.

Advertising and sponsorship. Our funding sources are disclosed on the About page. We do not accept advertising from gambling operators or affiliates. Contextual advertising, where present, is physically separated from editorial content and clearly labelled.
